If you become a client, we also receive and process business information you send us in the course of delivering our services, including your business phone and call-forwarding details, your Google Business Profile review link, and the customer contact details needed to send review requests. When we answer a missed call in your company’s name, we collect the details the caller gives us, such as their name, phone number, address, and what they need. We use caller details only to send the caller a confirmation text on your behalf and to pass the lead to you.
We may also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit this website, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to contact you about your demo request, to prepare and run that demo, and to answer your questions. If you become a client, we use it to deliver the services you have engaged us for, to send service updates and reporting, and to bill you.
